Each January, I try to set realistic New Year’s resolutions for myself. I’m proud to say that I stuck to my 2012 resolutions, which not many people can claim. For 2013, my resolutions are as follows:
1) Start the year in a healthy manner after a very indulgent holiday season. So far, so good: I’ve been avoiding gluten and alcohol for the past week and plan to continue until the end of the month. More posts to come regarding healthy meals for brides-to-be to make on the cheap! We all want to look our best when walking down the aisle, but unfortunately healthy foods are not always the cheapest…
2) Make my yoga practice more regular. Sebastian already gave me a jump-start with this one: he bought me a 20-class pack to Yoga Works for Christmas after I (oh so subtly) forwarded him an email about their December promotion they were offering.
3) Write more. And better. Hence, launching this oh-so-new blog as a creative outlet for me.
